• It’s been said that everything in Scouting rises and falls on leadership, membership, program, and finances.  Although all four are vital, each depends on relationships. What do we mean about Scouting Relationships and how are they created? This session will answer those questions and provide the basics that Scouters need to know to build lasting relationships.
