How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom crew shirts arrive within 10 weeks of purchase. If shipping to your home, order at least 10 weeks before your departure date to ensure timely delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?
A minimum of 8 shirts is required per order, with the same color, artwork, and up to three lines of identical customization. Sizes and sleeve lengths may be mixed, but all other details must remain the same.

What material is the shirt made of?
The shirts are 100% polyester Syntrel, designed for high-performance activities. The fabric wicks moisture, dries quickly, and allows airflow to keep you comfortable. It’s also easy to care for and highly durable.
Can I put individual crew member names on their respective shirts?
All shirts in the order must have the same text. Customization is limited to three identical lines of text for the entire group.
Will the design stick to my body when I sweat?
Not at all! The artwork is applied using sublimation, creating a smooth, breathable finish that you won’t feel. Even while hiking with a pack, the design remains comfortable and non-sticky.
Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, shipping fees are based on your order total. Orders over $450 qualify for free shipping.
Can we pick up our order at Philmont?
Yes, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout and pick up your order when you arrive for your trek.
Can I return, refund, or exchange custom items?
Custom items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.
Can I edit my order once I’ve placed it?
Yes, you can make changes within 7 days of placing your order. Please contact us within this timeframe for any modifications.
What if I miss the order deadline?
Deadlines are important due to the customization process. If you miss it, you can still order shirts to be delivered after your trek as a souvenir. We also carry a selection of non-customized crew shirts in-store.
